SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping:

We love and stay focused on the idea of quality and style. Criteria that are not in line with the basic idea of mass production.

Once your order is placed online, we are unable to alter your order. 

Orders are shipped pending availability and credit verification and usually get processed and shipped within 24 hours, you will receive an email with shipping details and tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please note that purchase placed on Friday after 12pm will be shipped out Monday morning.

 

If a product is not available or on back order, you will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship both with UPS Express and DHL express. Prices for shipping will be determined during checkout. Please note that some shipping options are not trackable. If packages are lost using a non-trackable option we will not be able to retrieve it or reimburse the purchase.

Duty, VAT And Other Fees

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner, PayPal, supports. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Melanie Audrey holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.

Risk Of Loss

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Melanie Audrey. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Melanie Audrey delivers these items to the carrier.

Return Policy

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To qualify for a return, your mancado product must arrive to mancado within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 10 days of transit time back to our office. In order to process your return, your product must be in it's original packaging. Products returned without the bag will not be processed. 

How To Return

Please send an email to return@mancado.com to begin your return process. We will respond to your email as soon as possible.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your return package arrives at mancado within the 30 day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be sent an email to the email attached to your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from mancado.

Exchange Policy

To qualify for an exchange, your product must arrive to us within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 10 days of transit time back to our warehouse facility. In order to process your exchange, your product must return in it's bag. mancado products that are returned without the bag will not be processed for an exchange.

Payment Options:

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. We currently do not accept payment by check or money order. For credit card protection purposes, we do not accept phone orders.
